Development & Engineering Consultants Co. (Tameer) announced that Khaled Ali Yousef Yousef, shareholder, sold 783.1 thousand shares in the company on Thursday, July 17, at EGP 13.15 each, totaling EGP 10.3 million.
Accordingly, the shareholder’s stake was reduced from 13.86% to 0%.
The company had posted EGP 7.44 million net profit after tax and minority interest for Q1-14, compared with EGP 10.36 million in the same period a year earlier.
